What email clients support BIMI? +
Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Apple Mail, Fastmail, and others. Gmail requires a VMC certificate for the blue verified checkmark. Yahoo Mail and Apple Mail work with a CMC certificate, which is included in the Standard package — no trademark needed.
Do I need a trademark to use BIMI? +
Only for the VMC certificate in the Premium package, which activates the Gmail blue checkmark. For the Standard package with a CMC certificate, no trademark is required — your logo just needs to have been publicly in use. Most small businesses and e-commerce stores qualify for a CMC without any trademark.
How long does the full setup take? +
Starter and Standard packages typically take 2–5 business days. The Premium package (with VMC) takes 5–10 business days depending on how quickly the certificate authority verifies your trademark. DNS propagation adds up to 48 hours on top of that — completely normal.
What do I need to provide to get started? +
Access to your domain DNS panel (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), your logo in PNG or SVG format, and your current email provider details. That's it. I'll handle every technical step and guide you through anything I need from your side.
I already have SPF and DKIM set up. Can I get just BIMI? +
Absolutely. I'll audit what's already in place, identify any gaps (usually DMARC p=reject is missing), and quote only for what's needed. Many clients come with partial setups — I can complete just the missing pieces without charging for a full setup.
