• I retain rights to my portfolio, content, and templates unless transferred via contract.
• Clients own final deliverables upon full payment.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms (e.g., deposits, milestones) will be agreed upon before work begins.
• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for unfulfilled services.

4. Limitation of Liability

• I strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free performance.
• I am not liable for third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins).

5. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of  Pakistan.
